Hello fellow human, welcome!:)
I have been on a 13-year journey of exploring emotions and the impact they have on my body, unraveling cultural programming, healing the parts of me that haven't been integrated into my adult self, and trying to figure out what it means to be human. During this time I frequently found life to be overwhelming and exhausting! I needed help and I still do. We all need help, if for no other reason than to see that we aren't alone in our experience. I would love to be one of the people who offers support to make your life experience feel manageable, and heck, even thrive in it!

I live by the philosophy that every human is worthy of love, no matter their demographic or gender. My intention is for each client to feel accepted and embraced, for the time of life and the phase their body is currently in. I have experienced deep healing from massage therapy and now in turn love creating and holding space for others to experience the same!

Interest in massage originated in my childhood. After long days of work, my older sister and I frequently exchanged massages. When my siblings and I came down with the common cold or had a sore throat, Mom would massage Vicks into the reflexology points on our feet. Experiencing massage at a young age like this influenced how I perceive its effects on my well-being, making it a consistent part of my life. As an adult, pursuing a career as a massage therapist was a clear and natural choice for me.

In 2017, I immersed myself in the art of massage therapy at Lancaster School of Massage. My life (body and mind) was transformed learning about the body’s natural self-healing capability. It is now my honor to create and hold space for clients to connect with their own self healing power! My work focuses on the fascial system to increase mobility, reconnect with your essential self, recover from injury, improve posture and ease discomfort. My approach involves slow and subtle manipulation of the fascia, allowing the body to sustain a parasympathetic (restful) state. Consequently, I achieve the same results as those who adhere to the idiom 'no pain, no gain'.
Since graduation I’ve studied Structural Integration with Tom Meyers, Somatic Experiencing with Peter Levine, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, and became a Certified Yoga Instructor.
I am passionate about all aspects of living a healthy lifestyle! A few of my everyday activities to support this include; cooking and baking with clean ingredients, barefoot hikes with my husband, meditation, and mindful movement to start my mornings.

To provide the best service possible to my clients
I have implemented the following policies:
Thank you for your compliance!
Late Arrival Policy:

I request you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the appointment time. This allows us to discuss your goals for the session and helps us ease into the session in an unrushed manner. Showing up late will cause your session to be shortened. Full service fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened.
Cancellation Policy:

I respectfully request a 24-hour notice of cancellation for any scheduled appointments.
Clients canceling with less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the services reserved in order to continue to book other services with me. I understand emergencies occur and I will accommodate accordingly on a case by case basis.
Zero Tolerance Policy:
Definition: Any sexually inappropriate behaviors, comments, gestures, or any other actions deemed inappropriate. Both client and therapist have the right to terminate a session if either party is made to feel uncomfortable. If the therapist terminates the session you will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of your session.
